Endpoint: https://www.liquidpermit.com/api/mcp
Transport: Streamable HTTP, JSON responses, stateless.

Available tools

• list_permit_services: services, starting checklists and intake links.
• get_local_permit_guide: local guide and official sources for Miami-Dade, Fort Lauderdale or West Palm Beach.
• get_homeowner_planning_guide: budget, material-selection and addition-planning guides.
• prepare_permit_intake: a checklist and a link for the user to continue.

These tools read public information only. They cannot access customer documents, create accounts, submit requests, make payments or approve work. The user completes private actions inside the app. Authenticated project access is not part of this release.

Use a server-side MCP client. Browser-origin requests are limited to this site. Unsupported methods, oversized requests and unknown tools are rejected.
