SERVICE SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Service terms

Draft for review. This version is not offered for customer acceptance. Final terms must identify the contracting provider and be reviewed before use.

Version: 2026-09-20-draft-1

1. Provider and scope

Your written service order identifies the contracting provider, customer, property, deliverables, exclusions, price and revision allowance. Liquid Labor coordinates only the services expressly included in that order. An inquiry, concept image or AI conversation does not create a construction, architectural or engineering engagement. A separate signed professional or construction agreement governs those services when applicable.

2. Design concepts and AI assistance

We may use AI to organize information, suggest questions, create illustrative concepts and assist with preliminary analysis. Outputs may contain errors or omissions. Concept images are not measured plans, product specifications or evidence of structural, zoning, flood, accessibility or code compliance. Do not use concepts or unreviewed drafts for construction, demolition, equipment purchases or permit filing. Required professional review and issued documents must be obtained for the intended use.

3. Grounding and customer information

Provide information and documents you are authorized to share and identify known inaccuracies, prior work, notices and deadlines. We distinguish supplied information, historical records, assumptions and verified measurements. Missing information may require a site visit, survey, investigation or specialist. We remain responsible for performing our agreed services; providing information does not transfer all responsibility for our work to you.

4. Drafting, engineering and added fees

Drafting, design changes, technical calculations, professional review and required signatures or seals are included only when expressly listed. We provide a separate written quote for added work, including its deliverables, exclusions, revision allowance and total fee. We obtain your approval before additional paid work. Approval alone does not charge your card. Professional availability and scope must be confirmed before an engagement is represented as accepted.

5. Estimates, schedules and changes

Preliminary budgets are estimates based on stated quantities, dated cost sources, assumptions and exclusions. They are not contractor bids or guaranteed maximum prices. Site conditions, selected products, labor, jurisdiction requirements and scope changes can affect cost and timing. A binding price or completion obligation must be stated in the applicable signed agreement. Material scope changes require a written change order and customer approval.

6. Professional review and permitting

Administrative coordination and an internal review status are not professional certification. Regulated work must be performed by appropriately qualified and licensed providers within their authorized scope. Only the responsible professional may provide required signatures or seals. Review records cover the identified document revisions only. The permitting authority controls its decisions and inspection results. We do not guarantee approval, priority treatment, a permit date, property value or financing eligibility.

7. Customer authorization and third parties

You must have authority to request the services and authorize any submission made on your behalf. We do not submit applications, engage a contractor or purchase materials solely because an AI suggests doing so. Government charges and third-party services are separate unless included in the written order. The order identifies who contracts with each professional and who is responsible for that work. We do not disclaim obligations that we expressly undertake.

8. Cancellation, corrections and refunds

Contact us promptly to cancel or report an error. Before payment, your order must state cancellation terms and any authorized third-party commitments. Subject to applicable law, charges for cancellation are limited to agreed work actually performed and authorized nonrecoverable costs; we provide an itemized accounting and refund any remaining refundable balance. A request to correct our failure to deliver the agreed scope is not automatically a paid scope change. Statutory cancellation and refund rights remain applicable.

9. Files, privacy and sharing

You retain your rights in materials you supply and grant permission to use them as needed to perform the agreed service. We share project information only as described in the privacy notice and authorized workflow. Public project stories, promotional images and use of private documents for model training require separate permission. Rights to professional drawings, editable files and third-party images are governed by the applicable agreement or license. Do not assume an AI image is exclusive or cleared for every use.

10. Limitations and responsibility

We do not warrant that automated outputs are error-free or suitable for construction without the required verification. To the extent permitted by law, the proposed limitation for ordinary claims arising solely from our administrative platform service is the amount paid to us for the affected service order, excluding amounts paid directly to independent providers. This proposed cap does not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, obligations or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited, or licensed professional or construction services governed by a separate agreement. This clause requires legal review before adoption and is not a representation that a limitation will be enforceable.

11. Questions, disputes and changes

Contact the provider using the address shown in your order so we can investigate concerns. These terms do not prevent complaints to regulators or waive nonwaivable consumer rights. No mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or exclusive venue is adopted in this draft. The version accepted with your order applies to that order; later changes do not retroactively change its scope or price without agreement.
